Le banche sotto inchiesta sono BANCA ETRURIA S.P.A, CASSA DI RISPARMIO DI FIRENZE S.P.A, MONTE DEI PASCHI DI SIENA S.P.A E M.PS. MERCHANT S.P.A, quest'ultima sta agendo in un'esecuzione in forza di un mutuo di scopo nullo e quindi di un titolo viziato da nullità insanabile. I nostri legali, depositando le memorie di 25 pagine scritte dal sottoscritto C.T. di Parte, chiederanno l'INCIDENTE PROBATORIO E IL SEQUESTRO PREVENTIVO DEI BENI OGGETTO DI ESECUZIONE N. 59/2004 promossa dal Tribunale di Arezzo. Vi terremo informati sull'andamento del caso del giorno.
