NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN

The TEA Party folks are a mixed bag of people opposed to redistribution of wealth and loss of freedom. Although they may have differed in the past on a variety of issues, a recent Pew Research poll says 22 percent trust the government so that leaves 78 percent who distrust their government. They are patriotic Americans united against the current administration’s “hoax and chains” dictatorial policies and this is driving people like former President Bill Clinton and his cronies, who associate with groups like SEIU and former ACORN a little crazy! I understand ACORN is re-organizing and applying for federal funding under a variety of different state names.
So once again using Marxist Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals which have been successful in the past, Clinton has been selected to be the pit bull to demonize the Tea Party folks with his inflammatory rhetoric going so far as to suggest the participants are nothing more than racists and comparing them to Timothy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing which, by the way, occurred on Clinton’s watch. And the parrots in the mainline media then follow up with their insane accusations. Liberal radio talk show host Ed Schultz lost his cool recently with a Tea Party caller and yelled the person should get off his show, go get his gun and march. And then there is Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer from California in the fight of her life to save her Senate seat. The president flew to California for the fundraising event and ironically, she told her supporters to get as excited as the Tea Party folks. Go figure!
If the TEA Party folks are racist, why are so many blacks beginning to join the movement, which the liberal media tries to avoid as they pan their cameras over the crowds? I received an e-mail of a photograph of a reader board that said, “We are not racists! We don’t like his white half either!” Clinton insinuates people who oppose government policies are inviting a domestic terrorist attack and in so doing, he’s purposely inviting some “lone nut” to infiltrate the TEA Party movement to step forward. He forgets what his screeching, angry wife, Hillary, currently Secretary of State, said in 2003 at an annual Jefferson, Jackson, Bailey dinner in Hartford, Connecticut about dissent:
“I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this (Bush) administration somehow you are not patriotic and we should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration.”
There is nothing new under the sun only the shoe is on the other foot now. But I digress.
In the weeks before the Oklahoma City bombing incident, President Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno wanting to honor at least a portion of their oaths about protecting us from “domestic terrorism” were looking for an excuse to silence and stamp out the conservative/patriot grassroots opposition which was growing across America and even more so after the Posse Comitatus Act was violated when military was used at the Branch Davidian religious compound in Waco, Texas.
Wondering what “fringe” group might be next, many conservative pundits quoted the statement by Rev. Martin Neimoller, a German Lutheran pastor, who said in 1937 when he was arrested by the Gestapo: In Germany they came first for the Communists, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionists. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn’t speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me and by that time no one was left so speak up.”
On February 10 the Omnibus Counter-Terrorism Bill of 1995 (S-390 and HR 896) was introduced but it was nearing death in the Senate subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Government Information chaired by Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa) because of the Constitutional violations it represented so another crisis was needed.
I also find it interesting that in 1994 the State of Oklahoma with House Resolution 1047 petitioned Congress to cease funding military activity not authorized by Congress and to quit engaging in military activity under the authority of the United Nations or any other world body and to stop rendering aid to the UN or other world bodies and to halt support for the establishment of global government. About six months later on April 19, 1995, Oklahoma City had an alleged terrorist bombing.
Some referred to the OKC bombing as the American Reichstag. Robert Payne in his 1973 book The Life and Death of Adolf Hitler told how the terror had begun in earnest when at 9 P.M. on February 27, 1933 the dome of the Reichstag, the parliament building in the center of Berlin, began to glow as though lit by searchlight. The Reichstag was ablaze. He was saying the burning of the Reichstag was obviously the signal for a communist uprising and the communists must pay for their crimes so when former president, New World Order Bill Clinton points a finger at the TEA Party folks and compares them to Timothy McVeigh, is it possible three are pointing back at him?
As the TEA Party movement was growing in numbers once again we see the same song, second verse, a well-orchestrated attempt to label TEA Party participants as possible terrorists so it was time to bring out the Southern Poverty Law Center’s boogeyman and the Militia was once again in the spotlight.
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is the creature of millionaire, civil rights lawyer and activist Morris Dees and once the KLAN no longer seemed to bring in enough money from lawsuits over the last few years Dees began gaining in popularity by naming law-abiding citizens who head patriotic/conservative groups as terrorists and for some strange reason many law enforcement officials have been duped into believing this “self-appointed expert” on “right-wing extremism” which has become the new cash cow for Morris Dees. Of course, love of country may make you a “right wing extremist.”
Then there was Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill) who released a verbal assault against American citizens audacious enough to take part in the so-called TEA Parties on April 15 as “despicable and shameful” Why? Because they were peaceful events in opposition of Obama’s tax policies. But I guess it is not despicable and shameful the way her husband, Robert Creamer, a political consultant, pleaded guilty to tax violations and bank fraud for writing rubber checks and failing to collect withholding tax from an employer as reported in an August 31, 2005 USA TODAY. At his sentencing, she said, “In my heart, I know that these mistakes do not define or diminish this good man, or the good work that he has done over the past 40 years or that he will do in the future.” Is it wrong to judge a man by the content of his character? And while illegal immigrants were busy sneaking across our borders, the same Canada Free Press told how the FBI was spying on TEA Party Americans!
There is so much about the Oklahoma City bombing of the Murrah Building that has been purposely covered up by the media and brings back memories of the “lone nut” scenario of Lee Harvey Oswald and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. There seemed to be so much blame passed around that the New Orleans District Attorney, Jim Garrison said “retired circus clowns” might eventually be accused.
The prosecutors at the McVeigh trial were forced to pull their top FBI experts as witnesses because a devastating report by the Justice Department’s Inspector General on abuses and fraudulent practices at the FBI crime lab specifically discredited the FBI’s Oklahoma City investigation. Dave Williams, the FBI agent in charge of the OKC crime scene, egregiously violated all of the basic protocols for crime scene security and evidence collection, preservation, labeling and transference. Agent Williams was forced to admit that his claim that the Murrah Building had been destroyed by an ANFO (ammonium nitrate fuel oil) bomb – a central thesis of the government’s case – had not been based on any science and that he had grossly fudged the evidence to fit his theory on all of the major points concerning the truck bomb: the size and composition; the velocity of the explosives; the type of detonator used; and the containers that supposedly were used. [1] (I know many who watched it on TV were shocked at how quickly the remaining half of the building was demolished thereby erasing all evidence of the crime scene.)
Further, preeminent explosives experts such as General Benton K. Partin (USAF, Ret), neutron bomb inventor Sam Cohen, and NASA physicist Frederick Hansen asserted it would be physically impossible for the blast from the truck bomb outside the building to have caused the destruction of the massive, steel-reinforced concrete columns of the Murrah Building, without supplementary demolition charges inside the building. (Even a teenager putting a firecracker under a coffee can on July 4th confirms that) In addition to photographic evidence of demolition charge effects to the bases of the collapsed columns, there were sworn eyewitness affidavits, as well as … communiqués from police, the fire department and the U.S. Defense Department testifying that undetonated demolition charges were removed from the Murrah Building during the first several hours after the blast. [2]
And then there was the prosecution’s star witness, Michael Fortier, who testified that shortly before the Okalahoma bombing, McVeigh and Nichols had been unable to successfully detonate even a small milk carton of ANFO, yet now they are credited with hurriedly constructing a crude bomb that was 100 percent efficient in burning all of its explosive components, something not even attained by scientists in the lab setting with high-grade materials. And last but not least, even if McVeigh had somehow managed to develop his ANFO truck bomb expertise to such unparalleled levels, there is no evidence that he possessed the explosive materials or the knowledge required to also place the charges on the building columns. Moreover, he did not have the time to do so. More hands and more brains (i.e. additional co-conspirators) were essential. [3]
A little more than three weeks before the OKC bombing, U.S. law enforcement authorities had obtained information that Islamic terrorists may be planning suicide attacks against federal court houses and government installations in the U.S. The attacks, it is feared, would be designed to attract worldwide press attention through the murder of innocent victims.” Why? Because of an incident during the trial the year before of four persons in the bombing of the world Trade Center in New York. [4]
Several months after the attack, there was still a seismic controversy by opposing experts whether there were one or two bomb explosions. As the investigation continued, there was the question whether federal agents had prior knowledge. A Gallop Poll taken nine days after the Oklahoma City disaster asked if you feared the federal government. They expected four percent fearful group but the poll indicated that 39 percent of the U.S. citizens felt threatened by government and almost 74 percent felt government oppression.
Those who knew Timothy McVeigh recall a promising youth. Was McVeigh simply a scapegoat like Lee Harvey Oswald? McVeigh said as his sentence of death was pronounced, “Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher… it teaches the whole people by its example,” quoting Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis. “Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for Law: It invites every man to become a law unto himself. It invites anarchy.”
There were some callers to radio shows that felt the court system was corrupt which reminded me of Ecclesiastes 3: 16-18 from the Living Bible which says: Moreover, I notice that throughout the earth justice is giving way to crime and even police courts are corrupt but I said to myself, “In due season God will judge everything man does, both good and bad. And then I realize that God is letting the world go on its sinful way so that he can test mankind and so that men themselves will see that they are no better than beasts.”
