Dear Mr Banister,

I am from Italy. I followed your precious work for many years by now
and I want to express my sincere admiration for your discovery of the
simple fact that there is not a law requiring US citizen to pay taxes
to IRS. I would like to ask to you a question about banks. As soon as
April 2014, the Bank of England published the n.1 bulletin of 2014
where she says that banks CREATE NEW MONEY each time they lend money.
By looking at banks balance it is easy to spot that this positive sum
of the yearly money creation it is nowhere to be found. They simply
write a Liability each time they create money but they don't write the
positive money creation sum anywhere. They simply assume that they
start from zero and go down. Thus evading the FAIR VALUE concept of
money creation. We have proofs that when the money come back to the
bank, it isn't destroyed really, but it is funneled to secret banking
accounts held on interbank clearing facilities (like Clearstream in
Europe). The money creation is not evidenced in balances, so there is
NOT a parallel money destruction as they pretend in their balances. I
ask myself if this discovery can help to understand the myth of
DEPRESSION and banking crisis that happen only in the fictional world
of current inappropriate bank accounting rules... I would like to
receive your opinion because here in Italy there is a big campaign on
that. While phantom money goes to the Cayman or Virgin Island in
off-shore bank accounts, the state is deprived of the monetary medium
to carry on projects and welfare. If you are not expert in bank
accounting, can you please tell me who I can contact for this
