Last April I did a column titled, Americans Love the IRS and the Income Tax in which I wrote:
"This issue is NOT about "paying your fair" share on April 15th. This is a legal issue that involves more lies by "our" government.
"When I first began my journey so long ago, it began quite by accident. In 1991, I was at a book signing for my first published book; the big publisher's shindig in LA. My publisher handed me a book which, really, just opened to the chapter on the "Federal" Reserve. It literally changed my life.

"Being the curious type, from there I learned the truth about the privately owned banking consortium referred to as the "Federal" Reserve, its relationship to the "income" tax and more. I can tell you without hesitation: the IRS has been misapplying the IRC longer than I've been alive. Domestic Americans are not subject to the "income" tax.
"I do not recommend anyone do what Tommy did because the federal judiciary and the U.S. prosecutors are joined at the hip. The collusion is beyond reprehensible, kissed and blessed by YOUR incumbent in the Outlaw Congress. At some point, as with prohibition, something will give or the financial collapse comes first; it's underway, no one should make any mistake about that.
"Challenging fraud and wrong doing by governments, state or federal, is our duty and responsibility. As a self-governing people, only we can hold them in check.
"Tommy's noble fight led him to write a 90 page document titled, The Memorandum. As someone who has spent two decades on this and other critical issues, that paper is by far and away the single most important one ever presented on who is and who is not liable for the "income" tax. Fear has been the biggest factor in the fraud perpetrated upon we the people. If you take the time to read Tommy's legal analysis, you won't feel fear. Likely you will feel rage.
"We know it is being read by attorneys, law professors and government officials all over this country. Not by members of the U.S. Congress. They need the "income" tax to continue stealing the fruits of our labor to fund trillions of dollars in unconstitutional spending and waste via the candy store known as the "Fed."

Tommy died from a heart attack in his sleep. He had two prior to that night; one almost ended his life. While Tommy was unanimously acquitted, I believe the stress from fighting those lying, deceitful, in it for a paycheck & benefits maggots who work for the IRS, U.S. prosecutors and cowardly judges killed him. You see, even though he was acquitted, the Gestapo went after him in civil court for what they decided he "owed." Tommy fought like a warrior. He told me at lunch the last time I would ever see him alive, that U.S. prosecutors who read the Memorandum knew it was the truth. But, unlike another warrior, a man of honesty and integrity, former IRS criminal investigator, Joseph Banister, they all stay in their jobs because money means more than the truth.

Well, here we are a year after I wrote Americans Love the IRS and the Income Tax and the American people still put up with the fraud perpetrated against them by the Gestapo. If you didn't catch my column, please take the time to read it as it has a lot of important information. Those who have read Tommy's Memorandum are outraged and sickened by the lies fed to the American people about the federal "income" tax: it does not apply to domestic Americans.
Yet, stealing the fruits of your labor continues while ignorant voters go to the polls and reelect the same liars and thieves back to the Outlaw Congress who have allowed this crime against you, me, our children and grand children to continue. As I have written before, on March 4, 2014, here in Texas, GOP party faithful voted in our primary to reelect every single incumbent to the U.S. House of Representatives that have kept the truth from them about the "income" tax and that includes favorites like Steve Stockman, Louis Gohmert and Pete Sessions.
The economy is the number one concern in this country. The slide into destroying our most important job sectors came immediately following passage of the unconstitutional NAFTA (No American Factories Taking Applications). The slimy, smarmy, Newt Gingrich pushed it through with the help of cheer leader, Rush Limbaugh. Millions and millions of jobs gone to Communist China, India and other foreign countries. But, the head of the beast is and always has been the unconstitutional, privately owned "Federal" Reserve fed by the federal "income" tax.
Three horrendous things happened in 1913 and yes, it was a conspiracy.
1. The Sixteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was declared ratified. The income tax amendment. It clearly was not as Bill Benson proved more than 30 years ago. For uncovering the truth, Bill was hounded, persecuted, prosecuted and thrown into prison by "our" government, kissed and blessed by the Outlaw Congress who have allowed the lie to continue.
I know there is yet another petition to repeal the Sixteenth Amendment but you can't repeal an amendment that was never ratified. Not to mention, it will go no where as did the one I submitted to the thieves, liars and crooks in the Outlaw Congress on September 29, 1993. One million seven hundred thousand plus signatures on my petition plus another 23,000 we collected the morning of my rally to abolish the privately owned "FED" and the income tax. Twenty-one years ago this September. The new petition circulating to repeal an amendment that was never ratified will end up in the same 'round file' as our effort in 1993.
2. The Seventeenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was declared ratified. It was not. I have the proof as does Bill Benson.
3. The unconstitutional Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913 was passed.
The income tax amendment was critical. It was needed to feed the privately owned consortium of banks called the FED. The Seventeenth Amendment was critical to remove the right of the states of the Union to equal representation in the U.S. Senate. Henceforth, those seats were up for the highest bidder. The states are stomped on. The American people are bled to death via heavy progressive taxation and those fruits of our labor go into the coffers of a domestic banking cartel draining the lifeblood of this country and our people.

It was a conspiracy. A provable conspiracy: The Creature From Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve by G. Edward Griffin. Griffin's book is a factual account of the secret meetings at Jekyll Island between powerful bankers to seize and control the monetary system of our country. They were aided and abetted by rotten, corrupt senators who got the bill pushed through.

That Board administers the finance system by authority of a purely profiteering group. The system is Private, conducted for the sole purpose of obtaining the greatest possible profits from the use of other people's money" — Charles A. Lindbergh Sr.

The planned destruction of these united States of America is all but accomplished because Americans who do care and want to turn things around don't know the truth about all of the above. I fully support the tea party movement, 9-12 groups and all the thousands of other patriotic groups around the country. However, until we all get on the same sheet of music, we cannot kill the cancer instead of just more treating the symptoms:
For those who don't know - not a single penny of your federal "income" dollar funds a single function of the General Government. It goes to pay the 'national' debt created by your incumbent and mine, dues to the communist controlled United Nothing (UN), the IMF (International Monetary Fun), Worst Bank and other financial institutions via what's called 'transfer payments'. Is that what you work your backside off everyday to pay for? There isn't a scintilla of constitutional authority under Art. 1, Sec. 8 of the U.S. Constitution which allows the thieves in the Outlaw Congress to steal from you and me for the aforementioned institutions. NONE.
Every penny of the massive budgets passed by the thieves in the Outlaw Congress has to be borrowed with the interest slapped on our backs. For grossly unconstitutional spending like this the GOP controlled U.S. House, who hold the people's purse strings have not stopped. Not your incumbent or mine who have an R next to their name:
Remember all the stealing above as you work on your "income" tax return due April 15th.
Remember all that stealing by those "smaller government" Republicans as you go to the upcoming primaries to vote to reelect your incumbent. Democratic/Communist Party USA voters apparently love working to pay the interest on all the borrowed debt to fund the above because they also vote to reelect their incumbents every two years. And, remember: all those illegal expenditures by USAID and the State Department were under Hillary the Hun Clinton - another impostor masquerading as Secretary of State.
All unconstitutional, paid for with debt (borrowed "money" from Communist China, the Saudi's, Japan and other foreign countries). While misguided (Democracy), this site provides an accurate accounting and visual shock of spending by your incumbent and mine (who won his primary in March). The figures are 2011, so it's grown since then:
• The US Government spends $121,067 per second
• The US Government spends $7,264,020 per minute
• The US Government spends $10,460,188,800 per day
• The US Government spends $73,221,917,808 per week
• The US Government spends $318,166,660,000 per month
The US Government's projected budget for year 2011 was $3,818,000,000,000. That's $3.8 TRILLION borrowed "dollars". With the congressionally created 'national' debt at almost $18 TRILLION "dollars", this year the thieves in the Outlaw Congress will spend a couple trillion dollars more borrowed from some foreign country. Magicians like bull pooper, Paul Ryan, continue to try and sell you more smoke and mirrors with his "Path to Prosperity" that does NOT include abolishing one unconstitutional cabinet or expenditure: HHS at a TRILLION borrowed dollars a year, Dept of Federal Education sucking down $66 BILLION borrowed dollars a year to dumb down America's children, BILLIONS of borrowed dollars for foreign aid ($37,680,000,000 in 2012). Obamacare is in a class by itself with TRILLIONS more debt slapped on our backs.
Nor does shyster Paul Ryan address the beast: interest payments to the privately owned cartel called the Federal Reserve Banking System - hundreds of BILLIONS every year. In fact, in 2007, Dr. Ron Paul introduced a bill to abolish the beast. There wasn't a single cosponsor because blow hards like Paul Ryan need the candy store to keep funding more debt and more endless, unconstitutional invasions and occupations of countries like Iraq and Afghanistan career politicians like Ryan like to call wars.
Ted Cruz is calling for the IRS to be abolished. Not necessary. The IRS can exist to collect legal excise taxes such as cigarettes, tobacco and gasoline taxes. What must happen is the IRS stop committing fraud by applying the income tax to domestic Americans. THAT is the legal issue. Do you think reelecting your incumbent who hasn't told you the truth the whole time he/she has been in office is going to "man up" and tell the truth about the federal "income" tax if you reward them with your vote this year?
Cruz is also pushing the poison called a flat tax instead of coming clean about who the "income" tax actually applies to, but then again, the darling of the right isn't really as smart as people think he is. I know, Ted Cruz is very popular, but this isn't a popularity contest. It's about the law and either Ted Cruz understands what Tommy Cryer wrote in the Memorandum and doesn't want you to know, or he doesn't understand what Tommy Cryer wrote in the Memorandum and should actually read the facts about how the IRS is misapplying its own tax code.

Tax Cuts, Fair Tax Schemes Keep People Herded in the Wrong Direction
An Income Tax is Not Necessary to Fund the Federal Government - Remember we did not have one until 1913. The federal government was funded for more than 125 years without one. But, with the passage of the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913, that cabal needed some way to feed it the fruits of your labor, thus the federal "income" tax.

Lunatics are running our government. Madmen who are destroying our lives regardless of which rancid party they belong to, yet the American people allow it to continue. Remember prohibition? People openly defied the ban on alcohol and over turned prohibition. Booze got the people so riled up, Congress acted! Booze of all things, yet Americans simply carry the yoke of heavy, progressive taxation on their backs as some sort of accepted fact of life year after year, decade after decade.
There is only one path to prosperity: Get rid of the unconstitutional "Federal" Reserve, the "federal" income tax, abolish all unconstitutional cabinets and agencies like USAID, get us out of all the destructive "free" trade treaties and agreements and return to free markets and the states exercising and fighting for their Tenth Amendment rights. The worst is coming at us like a freight train, but the more Americans who get educated on the issues the better chance we have of mitigating some of what's coming. It's too late to stop the next hit.
