Carige Bank Cited In Court For 25 Billion Euros

Press release
Carige cited in court for 25 billion euros

Genoa, 14 February 2018 - The biggest civil cause in the history of Italy and perhaps the world has begun and will have the first hearing on 7 June in Genoa against Carige. The economist Marco Saba promoted it with a lawyer, Marco Della Luna, author of Euroschiavi and other books on bank and currency. At the 2014 Carige meeting, Marco Saba declared that he had found a value of 25 billion and a half hidden, then lost, in the accounts of Carige and consisting of the bank money created by the Genoese bank in 2013. Saba had requested a 5% fee for the discovery but the bank's management had disregarded the facts. So now the economist, according to article 930 of the civil code, requires the payment of the full amount of 25 and a half billion. In fact, the Bank of Italy officially declares that every year, on average, Italian banks create one trillion of scriptural currency. The lawyer Della Luna said: "I never expected, in this period of crisis, that the bank would do everything to refuse a finding of 25 billion."
