The latest European bailout arrangements essentially establish a German "Fourth Reich" to rule Europe, geopolitical analyst James G. Rickards tells King World News today. While the excerpt of the interview posted at the King World News blog doesn't include it, Rickards' interview also covers the effect the U.S. debt ceiling issue likely will have on the gold market.
