Subject: Investigation of the Commission by OLAF or the French, Belgian and/or Luxembourgish police with regard to the Fitina-CDE fraud cases

Having received from the European Collective, at the same time as OLAF:

1. the anti-fraud dossier of 2 May 2011 entitled ‘Denunciation of the European Institutions, the European Parliament and the bodies that oversee the role of the Commission, European officials and Belgian or European public figures with regard to recent developments in the cases concerning the psychological attacks against whistleblowers who denounce fraud against the EU’s financial interests, the CDI-CDE and Fitina fraud cases,

2. the file of 11 May 2011 addressed to the French Ministry of Justice, entitled ‘Attempt by the European Commission to manipulate the French justice system – the “Fitina” European fraud case’,

3. the communication of 24 May 2011 on the occasion of the Budgetary Control Committee’s hearing of 25 May 2011 entitled ‘How to protect whistleblowers’,

4. the ‘Mariyus Noko file’ and the letter of 30 May 2011 to the Registrar of the General Court of the European Union,

can the Commission tell Parliament whether it is the subject of an investigation by OLAF or the French, Belgian and/or Luxembourgish police with regard to the Fitina-CDE fraud cases?
