FDN OBTAINS ANOTHER DISMISSAL OF FORECLOSURE

FDN OBTAINS ANOTHER DISMISSAL OF FORECLOSURE LAWSUIT IN NEW JERSEY: WELLS FARGO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS AS TO INFORMATION AND DISCOVERY REQUESTED BY THE BORROWER

April 20, 2010

A second New Jersey Judge has dismissed a foreclosure case, this one filed by Wells Fargo, for its failure to provide information to the Court concerning the alleged assignment of the loan from the original lender to Wells Fargo. Despite the Court providing Wells Fargo with numerous opportunities to comply with its Orders, Wells Fargo did not, resulting in dismissal of the action. The borrower’s legal brief which was instrumental in the dismissal was researched and drafted by Jeff Barnes, Esq.
