U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Florida, who the other day hectored the general counsel of the Federal Reserve about market manipulation, was interviewed for 20 minutes Friday by Eric King of King World News. Grayson and King talked about manipulation of the gold market and Grayson indicated knowledge of GATA's work. Grayson is a vigorous supporter of legislation proposed by U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, to audit the Fed, and perhaps more than any other member of Congress short of Paul himself recognizes the despotism inherent in allowing a government (?!?) agency to distribute unlimited amounts of money as secret patronage for market-rigging purposes.
