Financial journalist Guido Bellosta of Borsa & Finanza magazine in Italy, who reported on GATA's work exposing the suppression of the precious metals as early as 2001, has written another article on the subject for his magazine, citing silver market analyst Ted Butler, and you can see it (in Italian) here:
