Shock, Sadness Over Death of Kilpatrick Stockton's Mark Levy in Apparent Suicide

The legal community reacted with shock and sorrow to the news that Mark Levy, chair of Kilpatrick Stockton's Supreme Court and appellate practice, died in his Washington, D.C., office Thursday morning in what police are investigating as a suicide. "Mark was both a very able and a very public-spirited lawyer," said Roy Englert Jr., name partner at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber and another veteran high court advocate. "It's just tragic news," said Howrey's managing partner, Robert Ruyak. (more)
